The bond we share with our grandparents is one of the most special relationships we will have throughout our lives. Grandparents love you before your parents even thought about having you. Their house is where you eat too much sugar, stay up past bedtime, they read the best stories, give the best hugs, and spoil you rotten.
I’m so glad we live close enough to our hometown that my boys see all of their grandparents and great-grandparents often. These are memories they will treasure forever.
